Greek Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil at New Canaan Olive Oil
Description: This oil is a mild to medium intensity single estate oil with a fresh fruity aroma, mild bitterness and a peppery finish. From the region of Southern Peloponnese, Greece, it features the rich flavor, vivid color and low acidity (less than 0.3%) associated with the Koroneiki olive. Cold extracted from hand-picked olives and unfiltered, it is best enjoyed pure.
Suggested Uses: Drizzled over salads, vegetables, and fish – or used as a key ingredient in dressings, dips and marinades. Or try our favorite: used for dipping with fresh crusty bread, with a dash of sea salt, oregano or balsamic vinegar.
