Truffle Walnut Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Roasted Walnut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Black Truffle Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp finely ground black pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Unlike a typical vinaigrette, this can be used over salads or used to dress veggies, we especially like this drizzled over roasted white asparagus.
