Truffle Popcorn Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil


  • 1/2 cup popping corn (or a plain bag of microwave popcorn)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Black Truffle Oil
  • sea salt, to taste


  • Heat the 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium high heat in a large flat bottom pan with a lid (or pop your bag in the microwave)
  • Add the corn kernels and cover. Shake the pan to release some of the steam as the kernels pop. When you hear no more popping, remove from heat
  • Add the salt and truffle oil and toss well to coat all of the popcorn
