The Best Recipe for Allergy Relief
Spring is here and everything is blooming in Connecticut! Its beautiful and warm and sunny, but if you are anything like me its hard to appreciate when you are sneezing and can barely open your eyes thanks to your allergies. This recipe helps me so much when my allergies are at their worst! Its also great for when you have a nasty cold. The ingredients help boost your immune system, reduce inflammation and relieve allergy symptoms.
- 8 oz boiling water
- 1 Turmeric Tea Drop
- 1 Tbsp Red Bee Wildflower Honey
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Add the Turmeric Tea Drop to the hot water and stir until dissolved. Add the honey, vinegar and lemon juice and mix well. Drink each morning that you are experiencing allergy symptoms.
**Tip: Consuming 1 tablespoon of a local wildflower honey every day is said to help prevent or reduce allergy symptoms!
