We've used it on boneless pork chops, but the marinade is great for chicken too. This twist on a classic vodka martini is a bit sweet, a little spicy, and simple to put together. Vodka Dry Vermouth Jalapeno Fig Balsamic Ice Fresh jalapeno (optional) The general ratio of vodka to vermouth is 3:1, but can be adjusted to your own taste. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
