This side dish is so decadent and flavorful. Pair it with some crusty bread for a wonderful meal!
- 10 fresh tomatoes (we used Campari)
- 4 tbsp. NCOO's Shallot Olive Oil
- 6-8oz goat cheese
- 1/2 tsp NCOO's Bread Dip Seasoning
- A pinch or two of ground red pepper
- NCOO's 25 Star Dark Balsamic, for drizzling
- 10 basil leaves
