Soba with Toasted Sesame Oil
- 8 ounces soba noodles (dried)
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Honey Ginger Balsamic
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 5 green onions (chopped)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles for 5-6 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, mix together the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. When the noodles are cooked until tender, drain and rinse with cold water. Add them to the mixture and toss until well coated.
This recipe is versatile and can be served with cooked or raw veggies (broccoli, carrots, snow peas, mushrooms, etc) and can also be served hot over steamed rice with chicken or shrimp!
