Seared Salmon on a Himalayan Salt Block

Preheat your Himalayan Salt Block slowly, on a grill or gas stovetop. Cut the salmon into fillets, and brush the skin with Lime Olive Oil. Place the salmon skin side down on the preheated salt block for about 5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy. Flip and continue cooking until salmon is cooked through. 

To finish the dish, spoon our fruit salsa over the top of each salmon fillet.
