Melon Arugula Prosciutto Mozzarella Bites

Cantaloupe and prosciutto are a classic combination. Our version of this appetizer adds arugula for a spicy bite and mozzarella for creaminess. A drizzle of our aged balsamic finishes this delicious app perfectly. This recipe makes about 30 skewers.


  • 1/2 cantaloupe, cut into bite size pieces
  • 15 fresh mozzarella mini balls, cut in half
  • fresh arugula, about 2 cups loose
  • 10 slices of prosciutto, cut into 3-4 strips each
  • 1/4 cup 25 Star Balsamic 
  • skewers or toothpicks


Assemble melon, mozzarella, arugula, and prosciutto on skewers. Positon completed skewers on a plate. Drizzle the balsamic over the skewers and serve immediately. If making ahead, assemble the skewers, arrange on plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Drizzle balsamic right before serving.
