Easy and Healthy Salad Dressing Recipes
Simply mix all ingredients in a mason jar or tupperware with lid, shake until mixed and serve. Some of our favorite variations are below.
Red Wine Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Vino Barbaresco Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey (if a hint of sweetness is desired)
Drizzle this over any green salads, use as a marinade for chicken or use this as the dressing over a pasta salad.
Creamy Greek Dressing
- 1 cups greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber
- 1 finely minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons Vino Barbaresco Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced dill
- a pinch of salt & pepper to taste
Serve this over a crunchy-lettuce salad, use as a side for grilled chicken or lamb or use as a veggie dip.
Honey Lime Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons 25 Star White Balsamic
- salt & pepper to taste
- *to make a chile lime vinaigrette add 1 tsp chile powder*
This is a great dressing for taco salads, as a chicken or pork marinade or tossed with carrots before roasting.
