Our Hot Chili Olive Oil adds a nice heat to this simple summer side dish.
- 2 large zucchini, sliced thick on a bias
- 2 tbsp. Hot Chili Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill to high heat. Toss sliced zucchini in oil, salt and pepper. Using tongs, place on hot grill and rotate/flip zucchini about every 3 minutes until the zucchini is marked nicely by the grill. Serve immediately.
