Honey Lemon Chicken Recipe

recipes with honey recipes with honey balsamic recipes with merlot salt recipes with meyer lemon olive oil recipes with paris seasoning

Its National Honey Month! That must have been on my mind yesterday when I whipped together this sautéed chicken for dinner. I didn't have a plan, but it turned out fabulous so I just had to share it (before I forgot my own recipe). This chicken was simple, quick and packed with flavor.

Cut the chicken breast into even slices about 1/2" thick, place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture over the chicken and toss to coat well. Heat a large pan (cast iron is my pan of choice) on medium high heat. Add the chicken and spread it out so it cooks evenly. Allow it to brown on one side before flipping to the other, 5-7 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked all the way through. Just before removing the chicken from the pan, drizzle with the Wildflower honey and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy :)
