The perfect summer side dish! Our Peach Balsamic allows for the peaches to caramelize slightly on the grill for a great texture and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2-4 peaches, sliced in half, pit removed
- 3 tbsp. Peach Balsamic
- 1 tbsp. Basil Olive Oil
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 5-8 fresh basil leaves, torn or roughly chopped
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Toss halved peaches in balsamic and olive oil. Using grill tongs, place each peach half on the grill skin-side up. After a few minutes, check for grill marks. Rotate each peach to get a criss-cross grill pattern. Watch carefully so they do not get too dark. Remove from grill, place on a plate skin-side down, and sprinkle peaches with feta and basil. Serve immediately.
