Espresso Balsamic Steak Marinade Recipe

2 steaks (hanger or skirt steak are the favorites here, but I've done this with all cuts)

1/2 cup Espresso Balsamic

2 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp chili powder

sea salt and pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Place the steaks in a ziplock bag or a dish that will allow them to be fully covered by the marinade. Pour the marinade over the steaks, coat all sides and allow to marinade for one hour or up to one day. The longer they marinade, the more intense the flavors will be! To cook: heat a grill or pan to medium high heat. Allow the excess marinade to drip off before cooking. Cook on both sides until desired doneness is reach. Add an extra pinch of sea salt before serving.
