Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe

recipes with Sriracha Sea Salt

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Sriracha Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper, finely ground
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (we use Frank's Red Hot)

Directions

Heat your oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil. Whisk together the garlic powder, salt, pepper, butter and hot sauce, then toss with the cauliflower in a large bowl or sealed bag until it is thoroughly coated. Place the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
