Bourbon Balsamic Wing SauceIngredients:
- 1/3 cup Bourbon Balsamic
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 lbs chicken wings (about 24)
Cook the wings in the oven or on the grill at 425 degrees F until their internal temperature reaches 180 degrees and the skin gets to your desired crispiness. While the wings cook, add the butter to a small saucepan and heat on low until melted. Whisk in the Bourbon balsamic, salt, garlick powder and cayenne pepper. Leave on very low heat, stirring occasionally until the wings are done, then toss the wings in the sauce. Save any extra sauce for dipping or drizzling over the wings after they are plated.
