These biscuits are light, savory, and wonderfully aromatic. While perfect on their own with some butter and honey, they are equally well suited as a side to a Caprese Salad, pasta dinner, or with eggs.
- 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp Fleur de Sel
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Basil, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add Basil Olive Oil and milk and stir until blended. Drop tablespoon size amounts of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 11-14 minutes. The biscuits should be slightly browned.
