This simple and versatile glaze is a delicious finish on dessert breads, pies, ice cream, and fresh fruit.
- Confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
- NCOO's Lavender Balsamic (or any flavor balsamic, like Raspberry or Strawberry)
This glaze is made simply by adding a small amount of balsamic to powdered sugar until desired consistency and amount is reached. We suggest starting with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and adding balsamic in about 1 tsp at a time. Add more sugar or balsamic as needed. Glaze should be smooth and pourable.
