Baked Brie Bites with Cranberry Balsamic Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
Last week, I was craving something simple for a snack and all that I had in my fridge was a piece of D'Affinois cheese. I decide to try it with some of my balsamic vinegars and ended up with this recipe! Its so easy and great to serve as finger food at parties (or to make just for yourself, if you're like me).
Ingredients:
1 box of mini Fillo Shells (I used Athen's brand pre-baked)
4 oz D'Affinois (or your favorite brie)
Cranberry Balsamic or Apple Balsamic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the Fillo Shells on a baking sheet. Cut the brie into chunks (about 1/2 tbsp) and place in each shell. Bake the shells filled with cheese for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic, serve warm.
