The Perfect Vinaigrette Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Champagne Balsamic
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
*Use your favorite regular or flavored EVOO
- Whisk together all of the ingredients.
- Drizzle over fresh salad.
Save any remaining vinaigrette in the fridge and allow to warm to room temperature before using.
