Olive Oil Yogurt Cake Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat an 8-inch round pan with coconut oil, butter or olive oil.
- Mix the dry ingredients and in a separate bowl whisk the lime zest, yogurt, eggs, vanilla and olive oil.
- Gently stir all ingredients together.
- Pour into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
