Lemon Pepper Parmesan Roasted Asparagus by New Canaan Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut off the ends of the asparagus. In a large bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil until fully coated.
- Place evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with the Fleur de Sel and Parmesan
