Grilled Hickory Hangar Steak Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
- 4 hangar steaks
- 1/3 cup Hickory Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
- 1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, seasoning and mustard.
- Marinate steaks for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Heat grill to medium high, allow excess marinade to drip off steaks before placing on the grill.
- Cook about 5 minutes per side and allow steaks to sit (covered) for 5 minutes before serving.
