Brussel Sprouts with Chocolate Balsamic Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil


  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 3-4 tbsp Chocolate Balsamic
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp finely ground black pepper
  • 2 cups brussel sprouts


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut brussel sprouts in half from stem to top. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until they are beginning to brown
  • Remove from the oven and place in your serving dish, then drizzle generously with the Chocolate Balsamic
