Brussel Sprouts with Chocolate Balsamic Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 3-4 tbsp Chocolate Balsamic
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp finely ground black pepper
- 2 cups brussel sprouts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut brussel sprouts in half from stem to top. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until they are beginning to brown
- Remove from the oven and place in your serving dish, then drizzle generously with the Chocolate Balsamic
