Balsamic Fruit Dip Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Grapefruit Balsamic*
- Seasonal fresh fruit, cut into bite size pieces
- Slowly mix balsamic into the sugar. Add more sugar or balsamic until it reaches a thick, syrupy consistency.
- Dip fruit or drizzle over fruit salad. This can also be used over cakes, muffins or waffles.
*Any flavor can be used but we chose the Grapefruit to balance out the sweetness of the sugar. Try it with your favorite flavor instead!
