Tropical Seafood Marinade Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
Use this marinade over shrimp or white fish like Mahi Mahi.
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons NCOO Lime Olive Oil, separated
- 4 tablespoons NCOO Tropical Blend Balsamic, separate 2 tbsp
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Whisk together all ingredients except for 2 tablespoons of the oil and vinegar. Marinade your shrimp or fish with the mixture in a ziplock bag in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. Cook the seafood as directed, until fully cooked through. Whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and vinegar, drizzle over the seafood just before serving.
