Guacamole Recipe by New Canaan Olive Oil
2 ripe Hass avocados
1/8 cup finely chopped red onion
1 cup grape tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped**
1 finely chopped garlic clove
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp Jalapeno Olive Oil
1 tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt*
1 tsp finely ground black pepper
*Substitute Lime Fresco Sea Salt for Ghost Pepper Sea Salt for a much spicier kick
**I find the cilantro is optional, if you don't love the taste of cilantro like me, leave it out! It will taste great either way.
In a large bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Combine with the rest of the ingredients.
