- Keep Calm: Spicy foods boost production of serotonin, the hormone that’s said to help produce healthy sleeping patterns as well as boost your mood. Add a spoonful of our Whipped Honey with Ghost Pepper in your tea to start your day with spice.
- Lose Weight: When you eat spicy foods, your body heat rises. This boosts your metabolism and increases your fat burning. Marinade chicken breasts in our Serrano Chile Honey Balsamic, bake, slice and serve over olive oil roasted veggies for a healthy dinner. This balsamic is sweet from the honey, with just enough spice from the serrano chiles to give it a nice kick.
- Live Longer: A recent study looked at the diets of people over several years and found that people who eat spicy foods almost every day had a 14% lower risk of dying prematurely. Heat our Chipotle Olive Oil in a pot, add rice, and stir. Each grain should be coated in oil. Continue to stir rice for about 3-4 minutes.
